As co-founder of UW2WIN Technical Underwriting Coaching Program, Hans has trained and mentored hundreds of investors to become Bad A$$ multifamily investors, confidently underwrite deals and close on their 1st multifamily. His hands-on guidance has helped clients bridge the gap from analysis to action—to financial freedom

Before Real Estate Hans spent 25+ years in high level corporate leadership, serving as General Manager for global brands like PUMA  in South America— mastering forecasting, business planning, and team execution at scale. Today he uses these skills to engineer profitable multifamily deals and train other to do the same.

Fluent in English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese, Hans thrives in multicultural environments and building powerful partnerships across markets.

When he’s not closing deals, Hans is a husband, father of two, and active mentor his church.
